Information Required for MSME Databank Registration – Complete Details

Here is the following information which must be filled by the promoter to register in MSME Databank.

Basic Details

  • The applicant needs to select whether his / her UID number is of North East Region.

  • Aadhaar Number – Next, if the Udyog Aadhaar number is NOT from North East Region, then the applicant needs to provide his/her 12 digits Complete Aadhaar number issued to the applicant.

  • Mobile Number(North-East Region)  – if the Udyog Aadhaar number is of North East Region, the applicant needs to enter his / her 10 digits registered mobile number with UIDAI.

  • Udyog Aadhaar Number – The applicant need to enter his/her Udyog Aadhaar Number in the next field.

  • PAN – The applicant must provide his PAN in the appropriate field

  • Validate – The applicant needs to click on the validate button to verify Aadhaar Number and Udyog Aadhaar details.

  • Enterprise Detail – the name of an enterprise of the applicant will be automatically fetched by the MSME Databank system.

  • Category Unit Size – The category unit size will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhar.

  • Organization Type – The organization type will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhar.

  • Major Activity – The list of major activities related to data unit (i.e. Manufacturing, Services and Trading) will also be fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data.

  • State – Information related to State in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar.

  • District – Information related to District in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar.

  • Pin Code –Pin code data of location will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data.

  • Commencement Date – Information related to Commencement Date of the unit will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar.

  • Email ID – Data regarding Email ID will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar. However, an applicant can update this Email at later stages.

  •  Mobile Number – Data regarding Mobile number will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar. An applicant can update this at a later stage.

  • Communication Address – Data regarding Communication address of the unit will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar database. Communication address can be updated by applicant at a later stage.

  • Enterprise Social Category – Data regarding Enterprise Social category of the applicant will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data.

  • Authorized Person Name – The applicant, needs to provide the name of the authorized person for their organization.

  • Nature of Operation – The applicant needs to specify and select the nature of operations as mentioned below:-

Perennial: When the unit is under operation for a complete year.

Seasonal: When the unit is under operation in seasons(few months) only out of the year.

Casual: When the unit is under operation for requirement only cases, and when there is no expectation of progressive work.

  • Cluster Name – The applicant, gets an option to provide the name of the cluster to which their unit belongs.

  • Website – The applicant can also mention the website address of the unit (if available)

  • Any special category of Entrepreneur – The enterprise can select from the range of particular category as mentioned. Such as- Ex-Serviceman, Person With Disability, Woman, Minority etc.

  • Whether the unit is registered in The Factory Act 1948? – The applicant needs to provide information about enterprise applicability of Factory Act 1948.

  • Whether the unit is an Ancillary? – The unit needs to select whether it is Ancillary or not.

  • Whether the unit is registered in the Shop and Establishment Act? – The applicant need to select whether it is registered in the Shop and Establishment Act or not

  • If any other, please specify – the applicant can also provide any additional registration information related to the unit here.

Factory and Product Details

  • Enterprise Address – The applicant needs to mention the complete address of the enterprise

  • State – Information related to State in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • District – Information related to District in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • Pin Code – Information related to Pin code in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • Person Employed – The applicant needs to provide the No. of the person working in the factory.

  • Installed Capacity (per annum) – The applicant need to provide Installed capacity of the Factory in terms of annual production on a specified unit basis

  • Investment on Machinery / Plant (Rs. in lacs) – the applicant need to provide the investment done in plant and machinery.

  • Power Load – The applicant needs to provide the Current power load in KW/HP

  • Enterprise Product Description – The applicant need to provide here the description of the product offered from this unit

  • Major Raw Material used – applicant needs to select the option to the raw materials used in unit.  At least one raw material information providing is mandatory.

  • Major Buyers – The applicant need to provide the name of its major buyers and clients being serviced

  • Turnover Last Year (Rs. in lacs) – the applicant needs to specify the last year turnover in this field.

  • Add Product Details – The applicant needs to enter the complete details of all Products/services offered from this factory. At least one product detail is mandatory.

  • Product Name – The applicant, needs to provide the name of a product being manufactured from this factory

  • Product Code – The applicant needs to select the HS code of the product based upon the name of the product specified on the previous text box. After entering the product name, an indicative list of HS code is populated in the drop-down box for selection.

  • Annual Production Capacity – The applicant needs to provide the production capacity of the product in terms of capacity per year.

  • Production measurement unit – The applicant needs to select the measurement quantity of product being manufactured from this unit (i.e. LITRE, KG, METER etc.)

  • [Add] – After filling all details the applicant needs to click on this button to save the product details and add new product details.

Enterprise and Service Details

  • Enterprise Address – The applicant need to specify the address of the enterprise

  • State – Information related to State in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • District – Information related to District in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • Pin Code – Information related to Pin code in which unit is located will be automatically fetched from Udyog Aadhaar data

  • Person Employed – The applicant needs to specify the No. of the person working in this factory

  • Investment on Equipment (Rs. in lacs) – the applicant need to provide the investment done in plant and machinery.

  • Power Load – The applicant needs to provide the Current power load in KW/HP

  • Enterprise Service Description – The applicant need to provide here the description of services offered from this unit

  • Major Clients – The applicant need to provide the name of its major buyers and clients being serviced

  • Turnover Last Year (Rs. in lacs) – the applicant needs to provide the last year turnover in this field.

  • Add Service Details – The applicant need to enter the details of all Products/services offered from this factory

  • Service Name – The applicant, needs to provide the name of the product being manufactured from this factory

  • Service Code – The applicant needs to select the HS code of the product based upon the name of the product entered on the previous text box. On entering the product name, an indicative list of HSN Code is populated in the drop-down box to select.

Other Details

  • Bank Name – the applicant, need to select the name of the bank from the list.

  • Bank Account No: – The applicant needs to provide his bank account number

  • IFSC Code – The applicant needs to specify the IFSC Code of the bank branch in which the bank account is maintained

Assistance Details

  • Taken From – the applicant is required to select the name of Development Organization from which any assistance is taken

  • Scheme Name – the applicant is required to select the name of Scheme of the above-mentioned development organization under which the assistance is taken.

  • Amount Availed (In Lakhs) – the applicant is required to specify the amount of assistance availed.

  • On Date – the applicant is required to select the date on which the assistance is taken.

  • [ADD] – After providing all details the applicant needs to click and save the details about assistance took and added more details about assistance.

Association Details

  • Association Name – the applicant, need to select the name of the association of which the unit is a member of.

  • Since Date – the applicant needs to select the date since when the member of above said association.

 

Hand Holding by Development Organization (if Any)

  • The applicant needs to select the name of Development Organization if they have received any hand-holding support from them while enrolling in MSME DataBank.

Award Details (Add Appreciation)

  • Appreciation/Award Name – You can select the name of award received from the list.

  • Details – the applicant can fill the details of award received.

  • On Date – the applicant can specify the date on which the award was received.
